Have missed my delivery... What happens next?

If we try to make a delivery but there's nobody at the address to accept your order, the carrier will let you know we stopped by. OR simply get your own anti theft PARCEL DELIVERY BOX



 


Yodel If you have missed your Yodel delivery you will receive a calling card, and they will also notify you via email or SMS. Yodel will make 2 attempts to re-deliver your parcel following a failed delivery. Your parcel will be returned to sender if it cannot be delivered after the 3rd attempt. Yodel are unable to leave a wine parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour as it will require your signature.




Hermes If you have missed your Hermes delivery you will receive a calling card, and they will also contact you via email or SMS. Hermes will make 2 attempts to re-deliver your parcel - remember, you can request a neighbour sign for the parcel or authorise the driver to leave the parcel in a safe place via your My Hermes tracking link. Your parcel will be returned to sender if it cannot be delivered after the 3rd attempt








XDP XDP will leave a calling card and notify you via email or SMS for most missed delivery attempts. For larger deliveries XDP will call you directly via the telephone to rearrange.


Arrow XL If you have missed your Arrow XL delivery you will receive a calling card. They will also send you a link via email or SMS where you can rearrange your delivery for a date to suit you. Your order will be returned to sender after 14 days and you will be refunded if they cannot successfully deliver to you after this time.






Expert Logistics Expert Logistics will attempt to contact you 2 times following a failed delivery. On the third attempt, they may send you an email to let you know they are having trouble getting your order to you. If Expert Logistics cannot make contact with you after two weeks your order will be returned back to sender and you will be refunded



CollectPlus Once your parcel has been delivered to your selected CollectPlus location you will be notified by SMS or email. Your 1st reminder will be sent to you after 3 days if the parcel is not collected and a final reminder will be sent after 7 days. Your parcel will be returned to sender after 10 days if it is not collected from your selected CollectPlus location.
